The accommodation is located near popular spots, such as the fountain and train station, and there are transportation options nearby. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.
The customer service is lacking and the breakfast is not worth paying for, with only pre-packaged items available.

The breakfast options were quite good, and there was plenty of food to choose from. the location was also very convenient, with many shops and popular tourist attractions within walking distance.
We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. the rooms were not kept up well and the bathrooms were not as clean as we would have liked.

I had an amazing stay at B&B Morelli 1. The room I stayed in had a private balcony, which was a great bonus. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Termini and within easy walking distance of all the attractions in Rome. The nearby restaurant, Albertos, was fantastic. The owner, Julia, was extremely helpful and informative, providing a wide range of breakfast options and even stocking the fridge with drinks. I highly recommend this hotel for a great value stay in a convenient location.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with navigating around this city. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities for breakfast. The location was convenient as it was close to the metro station and within walking distance to the Termini railway station.
Don't have any issues at all.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel! the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs perfectly. the private facilities were exceptional and we were impressed by the leisure room and in-room breakfast.
We did have one minor issue with the service. There were no staff members onsite after the first day and the only person available, the cleaning lady, was unable to speak English.

We had an amazing weekend in a cozy and spotless place! The staff was very friendly and accommodating; they suggested good spots for eating and gave us an extra map at our arrival. The location was perfect since we had easy access to transportation and the best views of the city. Plus, they provided us with a complimentary breakfast that was delicious and fulfilling.
The street noise was a bit distracting, and it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. it was an acceptable tradeoff because the location and staff kindness made it a great experience.
